month the Hotel Coolidge offers a special small group outing. Those who register
for this enjoy a package rate for the duration of the stay. Included are some
meals, program, leadership, and lodging. The
package may include transportation and equipment rentals. Outings of the month
have included:

•The Nature of Vermont
•Cross Country
Ski Expeditions at the Full Moon Raptor Center
•Snow Shoeing into deep
woods
•Railroadiana and Excursion

•Alpine Ski Outings - advanced and beginner Canoeing
on Flat Water
•Igloo Building

Can we customize this Outing/Change the Date? Please
call the Innkeeper on this - we would be pleased to create an outing that fits
all your needs from programming to timing to budget. Transportation
and Gear
Transportation to the activity sites is NOT included in the package.
If this is a problem for you and you would otherwise wish to take this outing
please contact the Innkeeper to make special arrangements. Appropriate gear is
important and a suggested list is available at the Hotel. Please check this or
your own list prior to leaving for the hotel. Cancellation
Policy for The Coolidge Outing of the Month.
Your deposit is non-refundable
if the trip goes as scheduled. If the trip does not go due to Enrollment the deposit
will be refunded within three days of the Cutoff Date. If the trip is canceled
the deposit will be refunded within three days of the cancellation notice.
If the trip is significantly changed due to weather or other extenuating circumstances
an offer will be made to return the deposit and your name will be excused from
the Trip Manifest. Activities may be substituted due to weather conditions. The
innkeeper will endeavor to make these substitutions to provide for an enjoyable
stay and to make such substitutions that are consistent with the value of the
