COVID-19 Hotel Information
Our normal check-in time is 4:00. We strive always to meet or exceed this goal, and to honor early check-in requests whenever possible. However, we, like so many businesses, are feeling the effects of Covid-related staffing shortages. We ask for your patience while our incredible Housekeeping and Maintenance staff work to prepare your room for you. Thanks very much for understanding.
Our hotel takes great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous. We have implemented the following:
✓ Our team is sanitizing public areas 3 times per day.
✓ A hand sanitizer station has been placed at the front desk.
✓ We have stopped our stay-over service for the time being to minimize contact. If you require fresh towels or linens, please let us know. A plastic bag will be provided to you in which to put your soiled linens, and a fresh bag of linens will be placed at your door.
✓ All guests must wear a mask in any public areas of the hotel.
✓ We are offering breakfast vouchers for the cafe next door.
✓ We are offering discounted rates to essentials workers. Call the hotel for details.
The safety of our guests and employees is always our top priority. We will continue to actively monitor the coronavirus updates from the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and will continue to respond based on the best advice of governments, public health authorities and medical professionals.
